DeAnna is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and fully licensed in Texas. DeAnna is  dedicated to life-long learning and consistently prioritizes continuing education. She has been the recipient of 3 ACE Awards (Award for Continuing Education) presented by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, is a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), and is also an NLA (Natural Language Acquisition) Trained Therapist through Meaningful Speech.  DeAnna follows a "self-advocacy first" approach, meaning that every therapy plan is created to help children become more successful and confident expressing their own wants, needs, and ideas. Outside of therapy sessions, DeAnna loves spending time with her husband and pets (2 dogs, 1 cat.) DeAnna's favorite hobbies are reading, knitting, yoga, tent camping, and hiking. On the weekends, you can usually find DeAnna relaxing at home or taking a family drive in the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
